Frequently asked
- Why is Standard so cheap?
- Standard is a screening fee. It tells you whether the address is worth investigating. Premium and Deluxe are where the business carries.
- Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
- Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Use the customer portal in Settings (or email us). Credits already in your ledger don't expire.
- What states are supported?
- All eight Australian jurisdictions are live. NSW, SA, ACT and NT are wired into centralised DA trackers for full coverage. QLD, VIC, WA and TAS are rolling council-by-council, so depth varies. Sections we cannot source are flagged in the report rather than guessed.
- How does data privacy work?
- Uploaded contracts are encrypted at rest and stripped of PII in our logs via Microsoft Presidio. You can export or delete every byte of your data from Settings (Privacy Act compliant).
