Privacy

v1 stub. This page describes the privacy practices in force at launch. Final wording is pending counsel review and will be republished here before any commercial agreement is signed.

Data we collect

Property Finder collects the addresses you search, the reports you generate, and the documents you upload (contracts, disclosure forms). We collect account metadata (email, billing) via Stripe and Clerk. We capture product analytics via PostHog under a pseudonymous ID until you sign in.

How it's stored

Reports and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2. Access is signed-URL only. Every log line passes through Microsoft Presidio for PII redaction before it lands in storage. Database is PostgreSQL with row-level tenancy on owner_id.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you can request a full export of your data and full deletion of your account. Both are wired in Settings. Export is delivered as a signed-link download; deletion is a soft-delete reconciled to a 30-day hard-delete cron.
